"It was quick and easy, staff was polite. One thing I can't get off of my mind. I've worked for many repair centers and we always look out for the customers. Our boss paid us enough to where we never scammed or lied to anyone, we liked our jobs. Look out for the customer, no customer no business. I had tire monitor light on my dash saying low tire, all 4 tires were very low, also a strange substance/liquid was all under my car that was all over. Nobody put air in my tires, the tech didn't note the low tire indicator on dashboard, nobody said hey you have liquids under the car you might wanna address, nothing. Here's your car thanks is all I got. Secretary is very polite, other gentleman were fake polite and didn't look too happy to see me walk in initially. At my business, recently we had a customer car outside while city was making dust real bad, customer car became dirty. I called a mobile detailer to come out and wash and detail customer car. At my business, it's not about the time clock it's about the smile on the customers face when we present the car after our repairs. Our tip jar up front adds up to about 1,100 a week bc of our amazing work. I very much dislike doing business with an organization who is afraid to spend money. I always take my vehicles to high end repair shops for diagnostic details. Money means absolutely nothing to me rich people don't complain they just don't go back but it's the principle behind offering a service. I will go back if service is needed but this time the car gets a camera to watch and listen to how the car is treated."
